Personal Data and GDPR

Lifting Spirits Beauty and Aesthetics is compliant with The General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR ) and the Information Commissioner’s Office guidelines. We only collect personal data that we need for our specified purposes that are related to our treatments in a safe manner.  We use the data to send automated reminder texts to clients 24 hrs before the appointments, occasional marketing emails advising on new treatments, promotions or change of our treatment procedures or our opening times. We periodically review the data we hold and delete anything we don’t need. Personal data of inactive clients more than 4 years old will be automatically removed from our database .We can guarantee that we will never pass on your personal data to a third party or sell your personal information.

Should you feel that you no longer want Lifting Spirits Beauty and Aesthetics to store your personal data, please get in touch and we will delete any /all your data from our system within 48 hrs.

Bookings

We recommend you book your treatments in advance to receive your preferred date and time.

Arrival

We ask that all clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment New clients are required to complete a salon Consultation Form.

Lateness

Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Cancellation

We operate a 24hr cancellation policy and respectfully request that any/all changes to the appointment be made within this time frame. We will charge a 50%  no-show/cancellation fee to any appointments that are missed or cancelled less than 24hrs prior to your appointment time.

Children

We are delighted to offer treatments for children under 16, however they must be accompanied by an adult for the whole duration.

Valuables

Lifting Spirits Beauty and Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the salon premises.

Refunds/Returns

Lifting Spirits Beauty and Aesthetics only accepts refunds and returns on products when there is proof of an allergy to that specific product or its ingredients. Refunds will be at the discretion of the manager.
